Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring an Implementation Project Manager I/Implementation Specialist in a hybrid role (office 3 days, home 2 days). You will be the client owner and single point of contact for end-to-end implementation and/or merger activity, from sale through transition to Client Services.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage asset transfers, and ensure smooth conversion with regulatory and internal ADP standards. Collaboration with sales and advisors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education & Experience.
• 1-3 Years of directly related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong influence, prioritization, adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to apply recordkeeping and regulatory concepts and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Project manages the implementation across multiple internal departments and client teams to ensure successful conversion.
• Conduct welcome calls and explain the implementation process to clients and identify involved team members.
• Assist clients with prior recordkeeper notifications and liquidation dates.
• Provide clients with blackout notices and explain legal responsibilities for notifications.
• Coordinate transfer of plan assets and participant records with clients, current providers and ADP teams.
• Establish Payroll Input review calls to cover payroll deductions and compliance coding.
