ADP is seeking an Implementation Executive for its Custom Integrations team. You will lead a group of Interface Consultants responsible for implementing complex integrations and maintaining client relationships across ADP's payroll and HR solutions.

In this role, you will guide, coach, and drive daily operations, ensuring productive environments and strong client satisfaction. A metrics-driven mindset and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a client service/business consultant environment with systems experience.
• 5 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients for integration projects and build client confidence.
• Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing systems and processes and introducing improvements.
• Partner internally with sales, implementation, client success, and service teams.
• Multi-task and communicate effectively across clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and manage high volume inbound calls.
