Qualifications

• Basic project management skills are expected.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Military experience considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients for each product or service implementation.
• Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and business processes to recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams and share updates with the client project team.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and keep clients informed.
• Maintain a daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
