Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager I/Implementation Specialist. This hybrid role is based in Dallas, TX, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

You will be the key client owner and single point of contact for the entire implementation or merger from sale through transition to Client Services. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, guiding clients through conversion, and ensuring smooth onboarding with compliance and notices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education & Experience.
• 1-3 Years of directly related experience.
• Overtime may be required for non-exempt/hourly role.

Responsibilities

• Project manages multiple departments and client teams to ensure a successful implementation.
• Conduct welcome calls and explain the implementation process to clients.
• Assist client with prior recordkeeper notification and liquidation dates.
• Coordinate asset transfers and participant records with providers and ADP teams.
• Review payroll inputs and compliance coding with client.
• Support documentation and smooth transition to Client Services.
