Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager I/Implementation Specialist who will own the client relationship and manage the end-to-end implementation from sale to transition to Client Services.

In this role you will coordinate multiple internal departments and external partners to ensure a smooth conversion, onboarding, and knowledge transfer, with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

This is a hybrid, non-exempt hourly position with potential for growth within ADP Retirement Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 1-3 years of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Project manages work across internal departments, client, and advisors to ensure a successful implementation.
• Conduct welcome calls and explain the implementation process to clients.
• Assist clients with prior recordkeeper notifications and liquidation dates.
• Provide blackout notices and explain legal responsibilities for notifying participants.
• Manage transfer of plan assets and records with current providers and ADP teams.
• Coordinate payroll input discussions to review deductions and coding.
