Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager I/Implementation Specialist. This hybrid role manages end-to-end implementations and mergers, serving as the single client contact from sale through transition to Client Services.

You will coordinate multiple internal teams, validate conversion data, and guide clients through the process to ensure a timely and successful go-live, with a range of benefits and hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence, prioritize, adapt and multitask.
• Overtime willingness is preferable for non-exempt/hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-department and client implementation projects.
• Explain implementation process and coordinate client actions.
• Coordinate data transfer and conversion activities.
• Prepare and distribute conversion communications and documentation.
• Ensure smooth transition to Client Services and minimize financial risk.
