You will manage all project phases, create detailed plans, and lead a team in a matrixed organization, ensuring milestones are met and risks are controlled. This role emphasizes collaboration and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• At least three years of project management experience.
• This is an hourly position, overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets.
• Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization.
• Ensure milestones are met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments impacting the project.
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion.
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
• Direct project timeliness and budgets.
• Assess, manage, resolve and elevate risks and issues.
• Tailor processes to meet project needs.
• Make timely decisions based on information and input.
• Work on projects of high complexity.
