Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager/Implementation Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. This entry-level role emphasizes strong leadership, analytical skills, and collaboration across departments.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, at least three years of PM experience, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Hybrid work is supported in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• At least three years of project management experience.
• This is an hourly position, so the ability to work overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from initiation to closure.
• Create project plans with deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets.
• Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization.
• Oversee milestones through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.
• Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
• Lead stakeholder and team communications through completion of the project.
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
• Direct project timeliness and budgets.
• Assess, manage, resolve and escalate risks and issues.
• Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects.
• Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner.
• Work on projects of high complexity.
