Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager I/Implementation Specialist to oversee end-to-end implementations and mergers. You will be the key client owner, coordinating across internal teams and with the client from sale to transition to Client Services.

The role emphasizes project management, regulatory awareness, and proactive communication with clients and advisers to ensure accurate conversion and a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education & Experience.
• 1–3 years of directly related experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manages multiple departments, client, and advisers to ensure a successful implementation.
• Perform welcome call and explain the implementation process to the client.
• Assist client with prior recordkeeper notifications and liquidation dates.
• Manage transfer of plan assets and participant records with providers and ADP teams.
• Review conversion data and coordinate production go-live.
