Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager/Implementation Specialist to lead the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of complex projects within time and budget constraints.

The role emphasizes managing all project phases, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and at least three years of PM experience are preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least three years of project management experience.
• This is an hourly position, so overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from initiation through closure.
• Create project plans detailing deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrix organization.
• Ensure milestones are met by overseeing project vehicles and resources.
• Coordinate with other departments impacting the project.
• Lead stakeholder and team communications through project completion.
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports.
• Direct project timelines and budgets.
• Assess and resolve risks and issues, escalating when needed.
• Tailor processes to project needs.
• Make timely decisions based on available input.
• Handle high-complexity projects.
