Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative for Implants MIS in the Dallas metro area to grow new accounts and expand white space within dental practices. You will prospect, present, and close opportunities while building a robust pipeline and managing existing customers.

Ideal candidates have a hunter mindset, are skilled at prospecting, and can articulate value-based solutions to dentists, implant specialists, and practice leaders. Travel within TX is required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B, dental, medical device, or value-based sales.
• Experience selling into dental implant environments is preferred.
• Ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting and territory pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert new customers within the assigned territory, focusing on untapped accounts.
• Grow current customer share of wallet wherever possible.
• Build and manage a robust territory pipeline through cold outreach, office visits, referrals, study clubs, events, and follow-up.
• Position Implants MIS as a compelling solution for reliable clinical outcomes and value.
• Develop account-specific conversion strategies and conduct product presentations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast opportunities.
