You will prospect aggressively, drive trials, and present value-based implant solutions to dentists and office leadership, collaborating with marketing, education, and customer service to accelerate practice growth and adoption.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven success in B2B dental or medical device sales; implant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting and territory development.
• Strong hunter mindset with urgency and self-direction to build demand in underpenetrated markets.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and convert new customers in the assigned territory, focusing on untapped accounts.
• Grow current share of wallet wherever possible as a secondary focus.
• Build and manage a robust territory pipeline through cold outreach, visits, referrals, events, and follow-up.
• Position Implants MIS as a value-driven solution for clinical reliability and efficiency.
• Develop account-specific strategies addressing pain points and adoption barriers.
• Conduct product presentations and office demonstrations linking value to growth.
• Drive trial, adoption and repeat use with clear next steps and commitments.
• Own territory growth goals and revenue attainment through pipeline progression.
• Maintain CRM records with prospecting activity, stage, and forecasted opportunities.
