Job summary

Dentsply Sirona in Texas seeks a Territory Sales Representative for Implants MIS to open new doors, convert competitive accounts, and grow share of wallet among GP practices. You will hunt untapped opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and position our implant solutions on clinical value and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset, proven B2B sales success in dental or medical devices, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across Dallas–Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in B2B, dental, medical device, or value-based sales; dental implant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting and territory development.
• Strong hunter mindset with urgency and self-direction to build demand in underpenetrated markets.
• Ability to sell value-based solutions and influence decisions beyond price.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and convert new customers in the territory.
• Grow current share of wallet wherever possible as a secondary focus.
• Build a robust territory pipeline via cold outreach, office visits, referrals, study clubs, and events.
• Position the implant MIS value line as a compelling solution for practice growth.
• Develop account-specific conversion strategies identifying pain points and barriers.
• Conduct product presentations and office demonstrations connecting value to workflow needs.
• Drive trial, adoption, and repeat utilization with clear next steps and commitments.
• Own territory growth goals and revenue attainment.
• Analyze territory data and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records of activity, stage, insights, and forecasted opportunities.
