Qualifications

• B2B, dental, medical device, or value-based commercial sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting and territory pipeline development.
• Hunter mindset with urgency and self-direction to build demand in underpenetrated markets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory to support prospecting and account conversion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and convert new customers within the territory, focusing on untapped accounts and high-potential opportunities.
• Maintain and grow current customer share of wallet wherever possible.
• Build and manage a robust territory pipeline through cold outreach, visits, referrals, and market events.
• Position Implants MIS value line as a reliable, efficient, and valuable practice solution.
• Develop account-specific strategies identifying pain points, decision criteria, and adoption barriers.
• Conduct clinical education strategies utilizing local and national resources.
