Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for driving revenue growth by proactively managing and retaining relationships with existing small to medium sized customers within an assigned territory.
• Develop and implement retention strategies and secure updated contract agreements.
• Negotiate, update, and renew customer service agreements for profitability.
• Utilize Salesforce daily to schedule activities, build detailed customer profiles, and track progress.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to address customer service issues.
• Generate leads for internal and external new business sales teams.
