Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Affordable Housing Community Manager to oversee all operations of a multifamily housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration, ensuring safety, compliance with Fair Housing laws, and adherence to company policies.

The role requires prior affordable housing experience and on-site leadership. Responsibilities include staff development, budgeting, marketing planning, and ensuring timely reporting while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise property staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines; manage emergencies.
