You will handle inbound calls, document interactions in Salesforce, and work toward annual revenue targets of $325K training and $80K retail. The role offers an hourly wage with commissions and a location-based pay approach.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and platforms.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are a plus.
• Professional written and verbal communication required.

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in training or Store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover training and retail product needs.
• Recommend and sell classes and store products based on customer needs.
• Process credit card transactions and place orders via Sales systems.
