Job summary

The American Red Cross in Indianapolis is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG who will sell Red Cross community training classes and Store products to individuals and small businesses. You will use consultative selling to efficiently match customer needs with the right course and product.

You will handle inbound calls, process credit card transactions, and document interactions in Salesforce while working toward defined revenue targets. This role offers an hourly wage with commissions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; higher education is a plus.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in courses or Store products.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate training classes or products.
• Process orders and payments, document calls in Salesforce, and upsell when appropriate.
• Meet revenue targets for Training and Retail channels.
