Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a full-time Case Manager Substance Use Counselor Certified to support individuals with mental illness and addictions in the San Diego area. You will serve as the primary case manager, helping clients live more independently in the community and coordinating services across providers.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a wage range of $26.46–$32.69 per hour and geographic pay differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with CADC/CATC/SUDCC/SUDCC II/III/IV or CDP/WA equivalents.
• Six months of experience in addictions setting.
• All certifications must be maintained for duration of employment.
• Ability to apply billing requirements within two months of employment.
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues.
• Credentialed as a qualified mental health professional where applicable.
• Must be 18 years of age and CPR/First Aid/CPI certified at start.
