Job summary

City Year is seeking an entry-level, paid full-time Student Success Coach and Mentor as part of the AmeriCorps program. You will coach and mentor students across grade levels to help them achieve academic success, improve attendance, and build positive behaviors in school.

You'll receive structured training and work with teachers to support classrooms, small groups, and individual students, ensuring engaging learning environments and collaboration with staff to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Entry-level AmeriCorps member focusing on student support.
• Training provided at start of year to help you succeed.
• Eligibility to participate in City Year AmeriCorps program.

Responsibilities
