Qualifications

• Education: bachelor-level business/finance/accounting preferred.
• Minimum 3 years consumer underwriting experience in banking.
• Strong interpersonal, reading/writing/speaking English skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite consumer real estate loans within prescribed time frames.
• Available for pre-qualification discussion with lender prior to loan submission.
• Review and make approval decisions for loans within authority.
• Analyze tax returns and prepare cash flow analysis.
• Review valuation methods including tax assessments, appraisals and AVMs.
• Present a neat and professional appearance per bank policy.
