Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory and/or teaching experience required.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proficient with Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, SHIP, and waiver programs.
• Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal operations and safeguard residents' funds.
• Streamline administrative processes with senior managers and designees.
• Schedule staff to ensure program coverage and budget compliance.
• Ensure staff certifications and training are up to date.
• Supervise Program Nurse(s) and Residential Program Supervisor.
• Participate in admissions and discharge planning, including intake and assessments.
• Assist residents with psychosocial issues and develop care plans.
• Coordinate service planning with residents, guardians and families annually.
• Complete documentation per funding and agency deadlines.
• Develop and enforce program policies and procedures.
