Job summary

Advocates is a nonprofit organization providing services for people facing developmental or mental health challenges. The Director of Clinical Services oversees clinical, budgetary and business operations for residential programs in Framingham and Westborough, MA.

The role requires a Master’s degree, licensure in related disciplines, and 5 years of supervisory experience, with a focus on staff management, budget control, and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Current licensure in listed disciplines with 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize staff and staffing functions for client contact, services and satisfaction.
• Assign and monitor scheduling across programs to ensure efficiency, coverage and budget compliance.
• Manage and streamline administrative processes with senior managers in Fiscal, HR, IT, Housing and Maintenance.
• Manage and administer budgets for assigned programs and monitor productivity.
• Provide on-site management of clinical and administrative operations as assigned.
• Attend trainings and maintain required certifications; ensure staff remain certified.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24-hour crisis consultation and interventions.
• Ensure clinical integrity of client programs and maintain DHS/Human Rights standards.
• Maintain communications with staff, managers, providers, families and funding sources.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
