Job summary

Bridgewell in Massachusetts is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home for people served, ensuring quality of care and regulatory compliance. You will hire, train, supervise staff, manage the program budget, and coordinate clinical and family communication.

The role requires 1–2 years supervisory experience, a relevant degree, and a valid US driver’s license. Strong leadership, collaboration with nursing/BCBA teams, and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent direct care supervisory experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience required; 3-5 years direct care if HS diploma.
• Working knowledge of clinical needs and person-centered supports.
• Valid US driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program, agency and accreditation standards are met, with proper ISP documentation and reporting.
• Staffing management: scheduling, recruiting per diem/agency relief, and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Conduct monthly supervision and team meetings; coach and recognize staff performance.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and address concerns in coordination with HR.
• Maintain certifications (CPR/First Aid, PPS, PABC) and training requirements per Bridgewell and funders.
• Oversee administrative duties: finance, HR, payroll, QA, EHR and Med Administration procedures.
