Responsibilities

• Offer assistance and supervision to staff and clients to ensure program success.
• Manage administrative processes with the Administrative Director.
• Develop and monitor staff scheduling and program budgets.
• Conduct staff meetings; supervise and evaluate staff.
• Assist individuals with obtaining services and entitlements.
• Maintain relationships with outside agencies; complete investigations as requested.
• Develop community-centered opportunities for individuals.
• Audit financial and case records and medications regularly.
• Prepare business reports (petty cash, census, payroll).
• Travel between programs, office, trainings, and meetings; perform crisis interventions when needed.
