Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, education or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of direct programming experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a 7-day, person-centered dementia-friendly program calendar.
• Develop a monthly calendar with residents based on shared interests and schedule special events.
• Ensure programming complies with BEST standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with families and associates to provide resources on Alzheimer's and dementia care.
• May supervise Clare Bridge Program Assistant(s) and participate in hiring and coaching as needed.
