Brookdale Senior Living in Indiana is seeking a Memory Care Program Assistant (Finance) to support the Clare Bridge program manager in delivering person-centered dementia care activities and engagement for residents.

Responsibilities include reviewing service plans, documenting progress, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with state regulations while guiding team members to enhance residents' quality of life in a supportive, compassionate community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults and/or dementia preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of person-centered dementia programs for residents.
• Assist in reviewing residents' service plans and document as required.
• Ensure dementia programs comply with state, federal, and Brookdale standards.
• Provide guidance to associates on programming and resident quality of life.
• Coordinate special events such as family socials, open houses.
