Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager (Finance) to lead dementia care initiatives within the Clare Bridge community in Hyannis, MA. You will coach associates, oversee programming, and partner with leadership to deliver resident-centered services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in gerontology, therapeutic recreation, or related field, plus 3+ years of management and direct supervision experience in dementia care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in gerontology or related field with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer's and other dementias in a residential setting is required.
• Strong leadership and training skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dementia care program implementation and lead associates who are caregivers.
• Collaborate with leadership on dementia training, admissions, and staff education.
• Plan and coordinate a calendar of dementia-friendly programs tailored to residents' needs.
