Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a Memory Care Program Assistant to support Clare Bridge dementia-friendly programs and assist in coordinating activities for residents in a safe, respectful environment.

You will help with program planning, documentation, and coordination of events, while ensuring quality of life for residents through meaningful engagement and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading person-centered dementia-friendly programs for residents.
• Coordinate and participate in community events and family activities.
• Support staff with program documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Provide care assistance as needed to maintain program quality and resident well-being.
