Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Basic PC skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading person-centered dementia programs.

• Ensure programs comply with state and Brookdale standards.
• Coordinate and participate in community events and outreach.
