Arrow Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a Weekend Warrior Memory Care Support Partner for a 7am-3pm shift. The role pays $23-$25 per hour and is full time. You will support residents in memory care, document care, and participate in team orientation.

The position requires empathy, solid English communication, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and interact with residents daily. Westbury location details apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude with residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter information.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to assist residents with transfers and mobility.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to learn interests and abilities for engagement plans.
• Assist with mise en scène and day-to-day activities to support routines.
• Partner with residents to meet daily life needs from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
