Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Services Account Manager in the US to drive long-term customer relationships for building owners and optimize energy efficiency through our Service offerings.

In this role you will identify opportunities, use a consultative selling approach, and work with cross-functional teams to grow accounts while meeting sales targets. Willingness to travel locally is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience is valued.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Target and identify opportunities; qualify opportunities early in the buying process.
• Take a consultative selling approach to grow existing accounts and pursue new business.
• Develop business cases and validate outcomes; gather data and conduct facility walkthroughs.
• Build trusted client relationships and offer value-driven solutions.
• Manage workload and resources to meet short and long-term sales targets.
• Plan sales calls and coordinate activities to optimize account growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote company products and services.
