Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Services Account Manager to lead long-term customer relationships with building owners and drive energy-efficient service offerings. You will identify opportunities, prepare business cases, and simplify complex decisions to deliver total-solution value.

You will engage internal teams, manage client expectations, and pursue incremental growth across existing accounts while aligning with our sustainability goals and customer value creation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience and alignment with our leadership principles.

Responsibilities

• Target and identify opportunities; qualify early in the buying process.
• Pursue new business and grow existing accounts through consultative selling.
• Develop business cases and data to validate outcomes for customers.
• Form trusting client relationships and translate needs into value-driven solutions.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with sales teams to promote offerings.
• Schedule calls, manage activities, and renew or expand service agreements when appropriate.
• Plan and prioritize workload to meet short and long-term sales targets.
