Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, including delivery, warehouse, logistics, and respiratory services, ensuring on-time, accurate service for home medical equipment.

You will collaborate with leadership, health systems, hospice partners and referral sources to optimize patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, and develop staff through training and performance metrics that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited college required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ experience in HME leadership.
• Healthcare, insurance, or customer services experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company standards.
• Lead collaboration with leadership, health systems, hospice partners and referral sources to improve patient services.
• Manage inventory and purchasing, ensuring timely restocking per protocol.
• Identify trends, address service concerns, and implement improvements.
