AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Supervisor of Operations to lead branch operations and ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and services to patients at home. You will coordinate with leadership, health systems, hospice partners, and referral sources to improve patient services.

The role requires directing a logistics team, managing inventory, and driving performance while adhering to regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Formación

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5 years’ leadership experience in HME or related field.
• Experience with health care, insurance or claims is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch operations and ensure timely distribution of equipment and services.
• Oversee logistics team and meet delivery goals with cost control.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate restocking with department leads.
• Address service concerns and drive patient satisfaction.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and PPE/hazardous materials procedures.
