Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC in Greenville, SC, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations for delivering home medical equipment and services with accuracy and timeliness. You will oversee Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff, ensuring patient care and operational excellence.

Collaborate with regional leadership, health systems and referral sources to enhance patient experiences, manage inventory, and drive training and audits to sustain high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims or billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations applicable to branch operations.
• Manage inventory and purchasing to maintain timely delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to resolve issues and improve patient experience.
• Provide regular training and audits to ensure regulatory and operational standards are met.
• Address service concerns and drive root-cause analysis for improvements.
