Job summary

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, leading delivery, warehouse, logistics and respiratory staff to ensure services are accurate, on time, and compliant. You will partner with leadership, health systems, hospice partners, and referral sources to enhance patient care and service delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or higher) and five years’ leadership experience in HME, with a valid driver’s license and a focus on safety, cost control, and

Qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited college required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Department of Health, DOT, FDA, OSHA, and accreditation requirements.
• Manage logistics team and optimize delivery timeliness and cost per delivery.
• Maintain inventory and place purchase orders per restocking protocol.
• Train staff and ensure regulatory audits pass; resolve service concerns and improve patient experience.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet organizational goals and metrics.
