AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Manager of Operations to oversee daily operations across one or more branch locations, providing leadership and coordination to ensure timely distribution of medical equipment and services to patients' homes.

The role partners with leadership, health systems, hospice partners, and referral sources, acts as site leader on site, and ensures regulatory compliance, budget control, and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily branch operations including delivery, warehouse, logistics, and respiratory staff.
• Manages branch budget and controls costs to achieve profitability.
• Ensures compliance with CMS, DOH, DOT, FDA, OSHA and accreditation requirements.
• Oversees fleet maintenance, safety, and DOT driver requirements.
• Monitors KPIs such as delivery times, order accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborates with Billing, Clinical, and other departments to resolve complex issues.
