Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, ensuring the on-time delivery of medical equipment and services to patients at home. You will guide delivery, warehouse, and respiratory staff, while partnering with health systems and referral sources.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize inventory and performance metrics, and drive improvements in patient experience. A strong background in HME leadership and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in HME leadership.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Manage inventory and purchase orders to meet patient needs and cost targets.
• Provide leadership and training to staff and coordinate with regional leadership.
