AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, coordinating delivery, warehouse, and respiratory services to ensure timely and accurate distribution of medical equipment and services to patients at home.

You will collaborate with leadership, health systems, hospice partners, and referral sources to enhance patient services. Requires an associate degree, 5 years in HME leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• An associate degree from an accredited college required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff with clinical supervision as required.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws (CMS, Health Dept, DOT, FDA, OSHA) and accreditation standards.
• Lead logistics, inventory control, and purchase orders to meet timely, cost-effective delivery goals.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to improve patient services and physician/referral communications.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for service failures and implement corrective actions.
• Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to staff to meet audits and patient care targets.
