Job summary

Elsevier’s EHR Integration Specialist will bridge clinical content and health IT, ensuring seamless integrations inside the EHR workflow. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams, guiding technical conversations, configuring systems, and sustaining best-practice processes to boost adoption and satisfaction across customers in the US.

This high-visibility role requires strong communication, project management, and a passion for improving care delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong IT background with experience in clinical/healthcare integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On and integration technologies (Infobutton, SMART on FHIR).
• Proficiency with project/document tools and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on business models and rules for each Clinical Solutions product.
• Lead integration conversations with customer IT teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with Implementation Lead to map client needs to Elsevier solutions.
• Maintain and share technical integration documentation and best practices.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure downstream success.
• Drive process improvements to enhance features and retention.
