Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On, Infobutton, and SMART on FHIR is required.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on the business models and rules behind each Clinical Solutions product.
• Master the access and entitlement methods used across our business.
• Lead complex integration conversations with customer IT teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Implementation Lead to map client needs to Elsevier solutions.
• Document and share best practices for integrations and configurations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer retention.
