Job summary

Elsevier's EHR Integration Specialist role sits within Customer Success, bridging clinical content delivery and technical integration. You will work with clinicians and IT teams to map requirements, configure systems, and ensure a smooth, scalable experience inside the EHR.

You’ll lead complex integration conversations, master HL7 and FHIR workflows, and document best practices while collaborating with Implementation Leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience with healthcare interoperability knowledge.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, OAuth, SAML, and ADFS preferred.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on the business models and rules behind each Clinical Solutions product.
• Master the access and entitlement methods used across our business.
• Partner with Elsevier's Implementation Lead to match each client's needs and technical nuances to the right Elsevier solution.
• Lead complex integration conversations with customer IT teams and stakeholders.
• Answer customer questions on technical requirements and integration capabilities with confidence.
• Spot process improvements, then recommend, implement, and sustain them.
• Maintain technical integration documentation that captures and shares best practices.
• Connect teams across departments so downstream functions succeed.
• Develop and refine processes for enhanced features that drive customer retention.
