Job summary

Elsevier’s Customer Success team seeks an EHR Integration Specialist to bridge clinical content delivery with customer workflows. You’ll own integration conversations, define specifications, and coordinate across IT and clinical stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments.

In a high-visibility role, you’ll work with major EHR integrations and manage SSO, HL7/FHIR configurations, documenting best practices to improve clinician access at the point of care.

Qualifications

• Strong IT background with health IT standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Experience with SSO and related technologies
• Proficiency in Confluence/Jira and MS Office tools
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
• Experience with EHR vendors like Epic, Oracle Cerner, or Allscripts (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on business models and rules behind each Clinical Solutions product
• Master the access and entitlement methods used across our business
• Partner with Implementation Lead to match client needs to the right Elsevier solution
• Lead complex integration conversations with client IT teams
• Answer customer questions on technical requirements and integration capabilities
• Identify process improvements and implement them
• Maintain technical integration documentation and best practices
• Coordinate across departments to ensure downstream success
• Develop and refine processes for enhanced features to improve retention
