Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer credit analysis or underwriting.
• Prior experience in manufactured housing lending.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Reviews loan submissions from Loan Officers and Loan Processors.
• Ensures loans meet program requirements and guidelines.
• Accurately review income, assets, and other documents for compliance.
• Underwrites home loans and Land Home loans.
• Collaborates with loan officers to facilitate processes for retailers and borrowers.
