Job summary

The role requires handling credit applications, income and asset documentation and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications, credit reports, income and assets to render credit decisions.
• Maintain high level of service for retailers and customers.
• Communicate loan approval or denial reasons clearly.
• Coordinate with staff for follow-up, counter offers and documents.
• Refer loan requests with recommendations to underwriters.
• Ensure loans comply with investor guidelines.
• Assist loan officers with service orders and condition reviews.
