Cavco Industries, CountryPlace Mortgage is seeking a Consumer Lending Credit Analyst in Plano, TX to review loan documentation and verify adherence to program guidelines. The role collaborates with loan officers to keep the process smooth for retailers and borrowers at all times.

The analyst will assess income, assets, property documentation and credit reports to ensure compliance with guidelines and program requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer credit analysis or underwriting.
• Prior experience in manufactured housing lending.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Reviews loan submissions and ensures they meet program guidelines.
• Calculates qualification ratios for loans and underwrites home and land-home loans.
• Reviews credit reports, surveys, title policies and appraisals.
• Collaborates with loan officers to facilitate a smooth loan process for retailers and borrowers.
• Maintains relationships with coworkers and supports department objectives.
