Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage, Ltd. in Plano, TX seeks a Commercial Credit Analyst II to perform in-depth financial analysis for floorplan lines, buyouts, and other commercial lending including real estate and revolving lines of credit. This in-person role supports the Commercial Lending Department.

You will underwrite requests, forecast cash flows, understand ownership structures, ensure proper security, and present findings to leadership while collaborating with stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 14+ months of Manufactured Housing Commercial lending experience OR 2+ years in commercial credit/financial analysis.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan requests for new and existing relationships using financial statements and tax returns.
• Perform cash flow analysis and pro forma forecasting.
• Understand entity ownership structures and explain them clearly.
• Ensure security instruments align with risk profiles.
• Present financial analyses and recommendations to decision makers.
• Manage UCC processes (filing, search, notification).
• Communicate with stakeholders to maintain workflow.
