Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
• Experience in commercial lending or credit analysis preferred.
• MS Office proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan requests for new/existing relationships using financial statements and tax returns.
• Perform cash flow analysis and pro forma forecasting.
• Analyze entity ownership structures and explain them clearly.
• Prepare legal documents and ensure required documentation is received.
• Review loan documentation and perform audit prior to funding.
• Support junior analysts and train new team members.
