Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage in Plano, TX is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst II to perform financial analysis for floorplan lines, floorplan buyouts and other commercial lending, including real estate and revolving lines of credit. This in-person role supports the Commercial Lending Department at our Plano office.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience in commercial lending, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 14+ months of Manufactured Housing Commercial lending experience.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial credit, structuring, and financial statement analysis.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan requests for new and existing relationships by analyzing financial conditions.
• Perform cash flow analysis and pro forma forecasting.
• Understand entity ownership structures and explain them clearly.
• Present recommendations and financial analyses to the appropriate authority.
